Ongoing project using a vintage silent black and white movie of Niagara Falls as a launching point. I engage with the women subjects, two of whom are posing for a photographer, (not the film maker), and two others who come to realize they also are being filmed. At the moment of realization, one woman is coincidentally shrouded by a light leak. I’m taking a deep dive into that moment of exposure and cover, blending the moving film with my images, as we observe the observed.
